BUYER QUESTIONS

Questions before you get started.

Who can contact VTech?

Importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and businesses planning to source products from Vietnam or Japan can send an enquiry.

Which markets are you focusing on?

Our international development focus includes the United States, Europe and China. Include the destination country and sales channel so the request can be assessed specifically.

Is every product shown available for immediate shipment?

The website presents sourcing categories rather than a live stock list. Availability, brand options, specifications and delivery timing are confirmed for each enquiry.

Can I request a private label or custom packaging?

You can include these requirements in your brief. Feasibility, order volume, costs and timing must be reviewed with the proposed supplier.

What about certificates and market requirements?

Send the list of documents and specifications your importing business requires. The available evidence is reviewed for the selected product; the website does not represent blanket approval for every destination.

How do I send a useful enquiry?

Include the product, quantity, destination, packaging, required documents and preferred delivery date. A reference photo or product link can help clarify the brief.

Can VTech quote transport and other services?

Include the services you need. The agreed scope and the party responsible for each task will be stated in the proposal.

Tell us what your business needs.

Start with a product, a destination and an estimated order volume.
